This policy is designed to ensure transparency and clarity in how rewards are offered, aiming to boost customer loyalty and satisfaction.

1. Enrollment and Registration: Enrollment is completed by signing and agreeing to the terms of the Loyalty Program Policy.

2. Tiers or Levels: The program includes multiple levels (Gold, Silver, Platinum), where your number of agreed trips is under the Silver Tier. The discount is calculated based on the total annual sales when selecting higher levels, determined by the expected number of trips as specified in table A.

3. Cancellation or Disqualification Policy: The customer will be disqualified, and any earned discounts or amounts from the loyalty program will be canceled in the following case:

• Failure of the customer to adhere to the trip schedule outlined in table A. This condition may be waived if the customer complies with at least 70% of each item in the schedule individually.
• Failure of the customer to settle the due invoices within the required payment schedule.

4. If the customer requests a trip and Rodud Company is unable to provide it, the trip will still be counted in the required monthly trips.

5. Policy Duration: The policy is valid for one year, starting from January 1, 2025, until December 31, 2025.

6. Discount Eligibility Method: The customer is eligible for the discount upon full compliance with all terms of the primary contract and adherence to all conditions of this loyalty program policy. The eligible discount will be calculated after the program period ends, then credited to the customer’s account, with a discount notice issued within the first three months following the end of the annual program period.

Note: Trips should be relatively distributed across all days of the month. While equal distribution is not required, trips must be spread out throughout the month.
